Every member and regular attender of New Life will be part of a Life Group, led by a Leader, overseen by an elder/deacon team. Our Life Groups will be the primary places where members receive shepherding not only from their elders and deacons, but also from one another. This is because shepherding, or caring for one another, happens vertically (leadership to congregation) and horizontally (member to member). Our Life Group ministry has this two-fold goal of facilitating shepherding and building community.

WELCOME
The ministry of Life Groups at New Life Church is based on the ministry of the Chief Shepherd of the sheep, Jesus Christ. Our elders carry on this high calling to know, feed, lead, and protect every member of the New Life flock. We encourage all members of New Life to join in our Life Group Ministry to get connected and enjoy fellowship and activities with fellow members.
Vision
Shepherded by the elders and deacons of the church who are called by God to watch over them, every member will be in vital Christ centered relationships that will nurture their maturity in Christ through Life Groups. Members will be known, cared for and experience spiritual growth.
Care & Support
Life Groups are intended to provide an effective way members can receive various support from our church. Life Group Leaders can assist members in informing them of available support and getting help when needed. Assistance may include, but is not limited to Diaconate services, providing meals, elderly care, special needs transportation, counseling services and more. Additionally, elder and pastoral engagement with spiritual guidance and support.
